Can't say enough about Parts (Annie), Service (Stephanie/Angie), and the Airstream repairman, Curt. Though they were fully booked, they made time to replace two tires. We then asked that they take on some added repairs and of course....they did. All repairs done within a few hours. When completed, Curt added, "Oh yea, you door was not aligned...it is now". We learned that Curt "knows everything" about Airstreams, with 13+ years working on them. He's definitely their expert.
An added plus, we stayed in their on-site campground, a real service convenience.

They have a great team....and great management/leaders. We will try to schedule "routine" work as we pass through in the future. We highly recommend.

On Sunday, 12 June, we were on our way from central Kansas to a summer teaching appointment at Norwich University in Vermont. Around mid-afternoon we pulled into a gas station to fill up and ran over a protrusion extending from the gas pumps. We sustained damage that rendered our black and gray water holding tank valves inoperative. We had used the Bill Thomas dealership in Wentzville, Missouri for repairs in the past, and we were very satisfied with the results. We decided to drive there and ask them if they could work us into their tight schedule so that we could move on to our appointment in Vermont. We knew how busy the folks in Wentzville always are, and we also knew that our request was a long shot, but it was the only option we had.
We arrived in Wentzville around 10 AM on 13 June and explained our dilemma to Curt Rathjen, the dealership’s service advisor, and Renée, the dealership’s service scheduler. We told them of our plight, and rather than saying, “well folks, we’re booked up and there’s nothing we can do for you until next week, Curt began immediately to take notes and consulted with Renee to fit us into their already-full schedule.
They allowed us to park our unit on one of their pads and stay there overnight, and the next morning they pulled our camper into the service bays and began to repair the damage. Working as they could between other previously-scheduled repair jobs, they had us back on the road by early afternoon. Their special consideration allowed us to continue our trip north and fulfill our teaching appointment in Vermont.
We sincerely appreciate the extraordinary consideration extended to us by Curt, Renee, and the service professionals at this dealership, and we highly, highly recommend that if others have trouble with their Airstream, they take it straight to Bill Thomas!

This was the first time we had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Thomas RV. Our experience was great from our salesman Dale and our walk through guy Matt. We spent the Friday night on one of there pads there and clarified a few minor things on our camper and left on Saturday. After getting home we noticed a small problem with the license plate holder, so I called and in 2 days we had a new one delivered. We were very happy with our experience there.

Traveling the trailer power jack failed on my 2019 Airstream leaving me "hitched". Pulled into BT Thomas and explained I could not unhitch without a working jack. Within 10 minutes I had two techs installing a new power jack. I was back on the road in a half an hour - and no charge as it was covered by the warranty. Great service and attention to detail! THANKS!
