Thomas and another dealership down south. We had passed the dealership on the highway a couple times and saw they carried Airstream and Imagine. We also visited their website. We looked at a 2019 online, but after we visited and looked around at the 2020's we decided on that model."

Q06: What have they done to earn that rating? "I would definitely recommend them because of the way we were treated and how our expectations were met. We were pleasantly surprised when dealing with them. We probably won't ever deal with the other place we dealt with again. We bought our other one at xxxxxx RV right outside of xxxxxx. They're closer to us, but it was a whole host of things that we were so turned off by. I'm at a loss on how Bill Thomas could improve. The contrast between our two experiences was huge. The Bill Thomas experience is so memorable. Steve, our sales contact, Jessie, who dealt with the title, and Bill, in service, were a whole package."

Q06: What have they done to earn that rating? "They've been absolutely honest and truthful. When I called Dale, he answered all of my questions and didn't apply pressure to visit. We stopped in and Dale explained everything and gave us some time to talk and look around by ourselves. Everything went well. When I found these issues, Dale told me to send him some pictures. He called me back the next day and said that they needed to take care of those and got me in. They didn't try to make excuses about it either. They were honest and transparent and I really liked that about them."

Necssary repair in-transit

Worked us in immediately when key broke in RV entry door in locked position. After 3 days of travel, we were trying to get back home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kurt, the technician, was most courteous & understanding that we needed to keep social distance. He himself practiced good sense being gloved for his protection. Very quick efficient installation; were on our way in less than an hour. All service and parts staff helpful. Were able to use the RV for final night of travel to make it home. Otherwise, we could not have accessed the living space.
Now back home feeling much gratitude for your responsiveness and caring. Thank you.
